30 Minute FREE Introductory Session (30 min)

This is your FREE introduction to the Power Plate to determine if it is the right machine for your health and fitness goals. You are under no obligation to purchase any further fitness sessions.

30 Minute Training Day Session $25.00 (30 min)

It is recommended that you do a full 15 minute workout 2 to 3 days per week. Allow 5 minutes for stretching, 15 minutes for the workout and 5 minutes for massage.
